Office Building
Lille, France, 2009-2012

The building belongs to the new district known as Rives de la Haute-Deûle, west of Lille city centre.
Located between a residential area and an industrial zone, the building combines these two different elements, providing a major transition between the two.
The building’s geometry is dictated both by its surroundings and urban regulations, and special attention was paid to defining the building’s envelope and its tectonic qualities: supporting façades using prefabricated, tinted components, windows incorporating a large fixed structure and an opaque aluminium sash.
These façade elements extend throughout the entire 6,500-sq.m. office building.
